    A billable order reflects real store activity.

    We count an order when a customer pays or when you confirm or fulfill it. We also count it when you hand it to a courier. An order counts if it stays active for 72 hours. Test, duplicate, and fraud-blocked orders do not count. Orders canceled before the 72-hour mark do not count either.

    Crossing your allowance does not stop your store.

    Your store keeps operating. If you exceed your plan allowance, you pay the listed overage rate. This applies to Core, Growth, and Connect. A strong sales month will not cause an outage.

What is MuthoCommerce, and what does it replace?

MuthoCommerce is a hosted commerce system for brands in Bangladesh. It brings your store and daily operations into one workspace. You can manage products, checkout, customers, orders, stock, payments, couriers, and growth tools.

Are hosting, SSL, and a custom domain included?

Yes. Every plan includes managed hosting and SSL/TLS for active domains. You can also connect a custom domain you own. You are responsible for buying and renewing the domain.

Which payment gateways and couriers can I connect?

You can accept Cash on Delivery, bank payments, and mobile payments. You can also connect SSLCommerz and aamarPay. For delivery, you can use Pathao, RedX, and Steadfast. Each provider sets its own approval rules, account requirements, and terms.

How are store and payment connections secured?

Active custom domains use SSL/TLS. Supported gateways use the provider’s verification and payment steps when needed. Your provider may still need business approval and compliance checks.

Does MuthoCommerce take a percentage of my sales?

No. You pay your plan fee and any listed overage charges. MuthoCommerce does not take a percentage of your sales. Payment, courier, SMS, and other providers may charge separate fees.

What happens when I cross my monthly order allowance?

Your store keeps operating. Core, Growth, and Connect charge the listed overage rate. This rate applies to each billable order above your plan limit. Your signed Enterprise agreement sets its limits and overage charges.

How does annual billing work?

Core, Growth, and Connect annual plans include two months at no extra cost. You pay the full annual amount upfront. We quote Enterprise annual pricing after we review your needs.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade when your orders, team, or channel needs grow. A downgrade starts at your next billing cycle. This helps prevent interruptions to your current operations.

Is there a trial?

Yes. Core and Growth include a 14-day trial. Connect begins with an early-access review. Enterprise starts with a discussion about your needs and setup.

Features and implementation

How do loyalty rewards and gift cards work?

Growth includes loyalty points, tiers, and capped promotional rewards. In the current safe mode, a reward can cover up to 50% of the eligible merchandise subtotal. It cannot reduce the amount due below one minor currency unit. Points are not cash, a wallet balance, or transferable. Most stores in Bangladesh cannot offer monetary gift cards for customers to buy. An eligible Enterprise issuer may request an approved integration. This request requires regulatory evidence and an implementation review. A plan feature does not replace any required approval.

Merchant Terms

What does “early access” mean on Connect?

Connect includes production-ready commerce, API, role, and workflow controls. We activate inbox and social-channel features in stages. Chat ordering and selected AI features also roll out in stages. Activation starts after a readiness review. These features may change before general release.

AI and Developer Features Policy

Can you help migrate an existing store?

Yes. Connect offers assisted migration. A Custom Enterprise implementation also includes migration support. We review your catalog, customers, and orders. We also check your media volume and provider dependencies. Then we confirm the migration plan.

Cancellation and data

Can I cancel, pause, or request a refund?

The account Owner can cancel renewal before the next charge. Your paid plan stays active through the current billing period. We then deactivate the store. MuthoCommerce does not currently offer a pause option. We generally do not refund paid fees. We may make exceptions for billing errors or charges made after a valid cancellation. Exceptions may also apply if we stop offering a qualifying service or if a material failure occurs. We provide refunds when required by law.

What happens to my data after cancellation?

After your paid term ends, the verified Owner gets 30 days of restricted recovery access. They can also export available data during this period. After 30 days, we queue active store content for deletion or permanent anonymisation. We do the same with merchant personal data. We may keep limited records for compliance or a valid legal hold. Protected backups follow their normal lifecycle.
